Captain Harry Svenson runs the Cheap Shot Sportfishing Team located in Keyport, New Jersey. Cheap Shot is a charter member of the American Striper Association, the Fountain Pro Fish Team, and the Mercury Saltwater Team.
Captain Harry and his team have won the 2002 ASA Big Bass Tournament in Cape May, broke the all-time tournament record in the 2003 Hi-Mar Striper Tournament, won the 2006 old saybrook ASA tournament, took 2nd place in Cape May 2007 ASA, 4th place in Port Judith ASA 2007, and finished 3rd for the ASA angler of the year.
Aside from competitive fishing, Captain Harry specializes in inshore charter trips which target stripers, weak fish, fluke, and blue fish all season. More information can be found by clicking here.
